A number of restaurants come to mind when considering a fine dining spot in Greater Cincinnati, and Barresi's definitely makes the shortlist. This Italian restaurant, which makes its home in one of the city's older neighborhoods, pleases the pickiest of Italian palates with elegance and personal attention. House favorites include classic Italian antipastos and Caprese salads, traditional entrees such as osso bucco, pasta, seafood and pollo entrees, and rich, homemade desserts. Barresi's also features an extensive wine list offering varietals not often seen in local restaurants. The personal service, attention to detail and upscale atmosphere make this a great spot for special occasions.

BEST ITALIAN HANDS DOWN
I've been going to Barresi's since I was a teenager with my family, now my husband and I visit often. The entree selection is so diverse we could probably eat there every week without growing tired. The service staff is one of the best around...you never want for anything...I promise if you're looking for a night out this is the place to go. When you do you have to have the Zabaglione for dessert it's to die for..........

My family have been going to Barresi's for many years, and we always look forward to our next meal there. They are the best in service and cooking. I would highly recommand this restaurant to anyone who wants true Italian food at reasonable pricing, and excellent wine choices. They are the true 5 star restaurant for Cincinnati.

I'M ITALIAN AS FAR BACK AS I CAN TRACE,AND A COOK BESIDES, BARRESI'S IS BY FAR THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD IN CINCINNATI. FOOD IS FRESH AND THE PRESENTATION WONDERFUL SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING
Cincinnati's Best Italian
Located on the Silverton / Deer Park border, Barresi's is THE best Italian Restaurant in Cincinnati. For my tastes, the large and smaller National chains are automatically ruled out (Cattle Call!)....although some (i.e. Maggiano's, Bravos) certainly do a better job than others. Barresi's first of all has a wonderful atmosphere, and does NOT have that chain feel. The food is always fresh, imaginative, and served with a thoughtful presentation. The specials should most definately be considered. Just behind Kenwood....Barresi's is a GEM!!
